A second chance I didn't ask for.

A calling I couldn't walk away from.

After a suicide attempt that clinically took my life, I came back. Not because I had figured it out — but because God clearly had more for me to do.

I spent years asking Him "why did You save me?" Over time, He answered in the simplest way: you are still here because you have a purpose.

That conviction — still here for a reason — is the spine of everything I do today. My keynotes, my coaching, the A.L.I.G.N. framework I built for the woman who is still struggling: it all comes back to the same promise.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11

A.L.I.G.N. yourself to your God-given purpose and transform your life.

Five letters, five movements, one path out of stuck. This is the spine of every keynote, every coaching container, every workshop I lead.

  1. Awareness

Recognizing what is keeping you stuck.

You can't outrun what you haven't named. The first letter is the bravest one — it asks you to look at the patterns, the lies, the survival mode. Awareness is not the same as confession. It's permission to finally see.

  2. Love Yourself

Breaking the cycle of shame and self-sabotage.

The opposite of shame isn't perfection — it's presence. We dissolve the voice that says "you're not enough" by replacing it with the truth that you were made on purpose, for a purpose.

  3. Invite God In

Surrendering control and seeking divine guidance.

Surrender isn't giving up. It's giving in — to the right thing. The woman performing faith alone burns out. The woman who invites God into the calendar, the marriage, the grief, the dream — she walks lighter.

  4. Gratitude

Shifting your perspective from lack to blessing.

Gratitude is not a feeling. It's a discipline. And it rewires the middle of the journey — when the breakthrough hasn't shown up yet, but the goodness already has.

  5. Nurture Positivity

    Protecting your mindset and environment.

You are the average of the five voices you let in. Nurture is fierce: it edits the feed, ends the conversation, walks out of the room. Protecting your peace is not the same as hiding.

You weren't made to stay stuck. You were made to walk into what He is still calling you toward.

Words from the rooms I've been in.

A few of the messages women have sent after a keynote, a coaching season, or a small-group workshop. The placeholders will be replaced with real voices before launch.

The way Angie holds both the truth and the tenderness in the same room — I left her talk different than I walked in.

The questions you probably have.

A few of the questions I hear most after a talk or in a first coaching call. If yours isn't here, send it over — I read every message.

Ask your own question
How was your death experience?
After a suicide attempt that clinically took my life, I came back. What happened in those hours is the story I tell on stage — not the details, but the restoration. I share it because the room needs to know: the woman still struggling is not alone in the dark. There is a way through. There is a way out.
How did your faith and experience with God happen?
Slowly, then all at once. I spent years asking God "why did You save me?" before I understood I was asking the wrong question. The right question was: "what now?" Today my faith is less about perfect theology and more about a daily practice of showing up — prayer, scripture, community, obedience. I share that practice because it is portable. It works in a hospital room. It works in a small group.
What is the A.L.I.G.N. framework?
A.L.I.G.N. is the five-step path I built for the woman who is still stuck. A — Awareness, naming what is keeping you there. L — Love Yourself, dissolving shame. I — Invite God In, surrendering the outcome. G — Gratitude, rewiring the middle of the journey. N — Nurture Positivity, protecting what God is building. The letters spell the path out of stuck and into purpose.
How does awareness actually work?
Awareness is the first letter because nothing else works without it. Most of us are not stuck because we lack tools — we are stuck because we have not named the thing. Awareness is the practice of looking at the pattern, the lie, the coping mechanism, the relationship, the voice — and refusing to flinch. It is not confession. It is not shame. It is the brave act of seeing clearly so God can begin the restoration.
Do you offer virtual keynotes?
Yes. Many of my keynotes are delivered virtually for women's ministry teams, conferences, and small groups. The same raw honesty and scripture-anchored story, just delivered through a screen. Travel costs disappear; the impact doesn't.
Is coaching only for women in ministry?
No. My 1:1 coaching is for any Christian woman who is still struggling — whether that looks like recovery, grief, an identity crisis, a faith crisis, or a season of "I have done everything right and I still feel empty." If you are ready to walk the A.L.I.G.N. path one letter at a time, the door is open.
